Return Policy

MTC Voyager, Corp. (“MTC”) will not accept or refund any returns without official written authorization from MTC to the original, end user. MTC is not obligated to accept any returns for any reason. MTC will not accept returns after 90 days of the purchase date. If a return is accepted with written authorization from MTC, the refund will incur all shipping and handling costs, all custom paint costs, the cost to cover any damaged, worn, or lost parts, plus a 15% restocking fee on the remaining balance. In the case that a return is accepted with written authorization from MTC, the Customer is responsible for all costs, liabilities, and damages of the return logistics.

MTC may refuse or cancel a return at any time for any reason.

This policy is subject to change at the discretion of MTC, without notice to the Customer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check for policy changes from time to time to keep up with the current status and language of the Return Policy.

By ordering products or using services offered by MTC you are agreeing to this Return Policy.
